Barefoot Training Specialist® Level 2-Tokyo,Japan

Further challenge your concept of from the ground up movement and foot to core sequencing with EBFA’s Level 2 Certification. From heel strike to push-off, our foot dictates the way our body responds and reacts to every closed chain movement including walking, squatting and jumping.
In this advanced Level 2 Certification you will further explore the concept of sensory science as it relates to movement efficiency and the transfer of energy during gait. All attendees will learn the powerful assessment technique for walking and running gait.

Advanced foot biomechanics including the great toe and first ray
Phases of the walking gait cycle
Walking and running gait assessment techniques

Certifications/Education: 

Certified Athletic Trainer, BOC-ATC,M.S, NKT1-2, Black Board Pro coach 1-2, AMN Academy 1-3, RockTape Instructor

NASM-PES/CES ,B.S. degree in Athletic Training from Cal State University, Northridge, an M.S. in Human Movement from the A.T. Still University. 

Masayuki Takahashi  is certified as an Athletic Trainer (National Athletic Trainers Association), Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Currently, Masa Takahashi owns M3 Sports Therapy in Akasaka, Tokyo after experiencing professional soccer team, Sanfrecce Hiroshima F.C. He is also an athletic trainer for high school soccer teams, and Judo teams. His interests are Human Locomotion and soft tissue treatment for compensatory motion of all athletes and the general public.
