As the foundation to all EBFA education the BTS Level 1 Certification sets the foundation for advanced concepts in barefoot activation, reflexive stabilization and movement efficiency. With the foot as the only contact point between the body and the ground, this complex structure plays a critical role in the way in which our body stabilizes during dynamic movement.
In this Level 1 Certification get ready to explore how to prep the body for movement by tapping into the nervous system with barefoot science, foot to core sequencing and reflexive stability via fascial lines.

Meet Your Instructor!

Certifications/Education: 

Certified Athletic Trainer, BOC-ATC,M.S, NKT1-2, Black Board Pro coach 1-2, AMN Academy 1-3, RockTape Instructor

NASM-PES/CES ,B.S. degree in Athletic Training from Cal State University, Northridge, an M.S. in Human Movement from the A.T. Still University. 

Masayuki Takahashi  is certified as an Athletic Trainer (National Athletic Trainers Association), Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Currently, Masa Takahashi owns M3 Sports Therapy in Akasaka, Tokyo after experiencing professional soccer team, Sanfrecce Hiroshima F.C. He is also an athletic trainer for high school soccer teams, and Judo teams. His interests are Human Locomotion and soft tissue treatment for compensatory motion of all athletes and the general public.
